The perseverance and spirit shown by our customers throughout 2020 has reinforced our admiration and passion for the self employed community.
Despite the challenges, we’re pleased to say Rounded is growing. In the past 12 months we’ve seen a 65% increase in customers joining our platform and a 56% rise in the number of invoices being sent.
We’ve also had some wonderful people join our team recently. Strengthening our team is very exciting and helps us achieve all we have planned for next year and beyond.
Before we look into the future, let's cover a few of the more recent updates.
Bulk reconcile credit transactions
You can now select multiple credit transactions within your bank feed and add them all to income or mark them as other transaction types, like non-business or owner drawings.
Share link for invoices
While you can send your invoices via Rounded, or even your own Gmail account, sometimes you just need a link to share. Now you can do just that, and on our mobile app you share the invoice directly via SMS or an app like Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp or Telegram.
What’s coming up?
We’re working on some very cool improvements to invoice customisation and styling. You can look forward to greater control over what information to display and where, font sizes and weights, plus padding and margin adjustments.
Also, keep your eyes peeled over the next week or two for:
- Automated receipt sending
- Set a primary contact for clients with more than one contact.
- Receipts for partial payments
Support over the holiday period
We’ll be winding down and taking a breath before the new year kicks off:
- Support will be unavailable on the 25th and 26th of December, 2020 and the 1st of January 2021.
- Support will be slower than usual between 24th December and 3rd of January
- Normal support hours resume on Monday 4th of January, 2021
